Guidelines for use of the Parish HallSt. Paul's is delighted that you have chosen to use our facility. In willingly sharing our Parish Hall with you, we kindly remind you of the following: ApplicationA. An application is required in order to reserve the Parish Hall for an event. Click here to view a printable copy of the application. B. Please provide us with at least two contact names and phone numbers or email addresses for maintaining communication with your organization. C. Upon review of your application, we will notify you as to whether or not your request has been approved. Change/CancellationA. If parish activities at St. Paul's should necessitate a change in schedule, we will be in communication immediately; similarly, if your organization's schedule changes, please inform us at your earliest convenience. B. Persons cancelling within one week of the scheduled event may be charged a fee. Keys/AccessA. If you are using the Parish Hall when the building is not normally open, we can provide you with a key. A mail slot is available at the kitchen entrance to provide return of keys after contracted use of the hall has ended. B. Handicapped access for visitors is located at the door at the back corner of the building where Charles and Walnut Streets meet. Fees/DepositA. We appreciate your contributions to St. Paul's work and mission through any applicable rental fees and/or kind contributions, or "tips" for our custodian. B. A deposit may be required when the application for use is submitted. The deposit may be paid in cash or by check. The full or partial amount will be refunded upon satisfactory condition of the building following use and the return of any keys loaned for the usage period. To view our fee policy, CLICK HERE. UseA. The use of alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or tobacco products is prohibited throughout the church. B. No guns or other weapons are permitted on the church property. C. Damage to any equipment will be assessed to the group and/or individual(s) renting the facility. DeparturePlease leave the building in the condition in which you found it. Please remove any garbage, items used for activities, or excessive dirt in the rooms used. Turn off lights and reset the thermostats to 60 degrees upon departure. Please leave doors closed during times of the year when the heat is turned on. Please note how the Parish Hall is arranged prior to your activity. We appreciate your restoring it to its usual layout.
